Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-returnable Items: Customized t-shirts, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 7827805549 or email us at support@jexhome.com with details and photos of the defect or damage.
- Process: Once we receive your request and approve the exchange, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange of defective or damaged items.
